In this course, you’ll learn how to approach your challenges and strong emotions as opportunities to get to the next level and find motivation to live. By using neuroscience and psychological principles, you’ll see how you can rewrite old brain and nervous system patterns for a better quality of life. The goal isn’t to become "happy" overnight but to create a day-to-day that generally feels neutral—where the weight of severe depression can begin to lift, piece by piece.
